The Plan
Just thought I would post a picture of the two-faced piece of shit known as Dwight Bullard, who they put in charge of the 404th MI Company at Menwith Hill.
And, take a moment to tell you how this fight started, and why it continues.
And a little bit about who I am.
Most everyone has figured out by now that I wasn't actually in the military...I've only been to the states on holiday maybe twice in the last few decades. Menwith Hill soldiers all over myspace were trying to hunt down my sources. (I don't have an account...too dim to figure that stuff out. My grandson had to set this up for me!) But I did have access to a lot of information from those who were. I was a fly on the wall. An underpaid fly on the wall.
You bloody Americans get way too much money to sit in front of a computer all day. I did the same job for damn near minimum wage!
Most of the documentation I plan on posting here comes from about six different sources who were former soldiers of Menwith Hill, the majority of which were enlisted.
Some of of it was obtained through retired soldiers with access to FOIA (that's an american term?), and some of it comes from soldiers themselves who I keep in touch with directly.
I've been recieving more and more information as the site grows, and I hope to post some of those items too...keep sending them in soldiers. Your identities are protected here. I absolutely promise. Send your stories in to: thearmylies@gmail.com
I must state that I really can not vouch for accuracy of the information.
The beauty of the internet is that is an open forum, and in fact I could be posting absolute dribble.
I think the preponderance of evidence and testimony from these soldiers and former soldiers will be enlightening though, hopefully to the senior commanders and the general media.
Why did I take an interest?
A young senior airman walked into my cubicle one day.
She said that her army friend had taken her into their orderly room, and she said it felt terrifying just to be standing there.
It was like everyone in the room was going to kill each other. She could literally feel the tension.
So, I poked, and I prodded. I spoke to soldiers, observed the whole thing from a distance.
It's really quite a remarkable story.
For a couple years now I've maintained my silence. One reason was a promise I made to one of the soldiers, (the young SSG you've been reading about), to keep quiet until he left.
Another was my own pending retirement.
But, time wore on, and it began to wear on me. I became pretty brassed off. It's been my hobby...tracking this stuff down.
Dwight Bullard's promotion to Company Commander was the final straw for me. Granted, his name was only mentioned in a couple of the IG reports...it's the fact that he stabbed so many of his soldiers in the back during such a critical situation that bothers me.
Anyone who found themselves staring at the same stack of documents in front of them that I have, would undoubtedly believe that something horrible and unethical did happen at this base.
It's something that I believe tears at the very heart and fiber of the American philosphy, and it's militaristic way of life. It's all about a slow diffusion of ethics in a military command.
It starts with the small transgressions...senior leadership like SFC Rebekah James spreading her legs for junior enlisted soldiers like SPC Anderson, who was later promoted to SGT.
Then it gets a little more outrageous...men like SSG David Young getting shagged in the ass by junior enlisted PFC's in the Marine Corps.
Then you find out it's all part of a larger problem, with company commanders like CPT Paul Riley making out with his orderly room clerk SPC Catino, who gets promoted to SGT, and selected for promotion to SSG a few months later.
Then you find out an alcholic First Sergeant Tommey Riley tries to cover it all up by demoting soldiers, sending them to mental health, telling his whole company to stop "spreading rumours".
Then you find honest men like Dwight Bullard sliding down that slippery slope...until they join in on the bullying of culture of fear that pervades Menwith Hill. The senior leadership withdraws itself from it's soldiers. Men like SFC Dochterman, SFC McClain, and Dwight Bullard form gangs to intimidate anyone who comes forward to the appropriate authorities.
The senior command feigns igorance. The military JAG is on the main continent, as is the next level of command. The Inspector General spends two years investigating with no result.
And it ends, with two soldiers attempting suicide. Two seperate attempts.
To date the leadership at Menwith Hill has done nothing to change this army command, except promote the leaders who committed these transgressions in the first place, or allow them to retire with full military pensions.
There are a lot more sources, but the six I've worked closely with are the most detailed, and connected in a way.
Some of you think the idea of an outsider exposing all of these "secrets" at Menwith Hill is immature, unprofessional, and possibly illegal.
To which I would say, I'm just a silly old sod who really doesn't give a fuck what any of these people think anymore. All I have to do is sit around all day in front of my computer on the beach sipping wine and watching the younger girls walk by. Old age is wonderfully boring.
Maybe once this is off my chest, I'll find something better to do with my life.
I plan on writing all of the soldiers stories as first person blogs, because it keeps everyone more anonymous, and because a lot of my sources (one in particular I like because it tells the story of an entire military career) are first person perspectives.
So, I do offer a disclaimer that about 10% of this tale is completely fiction, namely to protect all of those involved. Some of it is reprinted emails, or IG complaints, with the names removed, changed, etc.
It's a narrative, a very intriguing narrative of a dark period for the military at a government protected american institution, and it's descent into chaos.
I think if you look very deeply, at the other 90%, you will reach the same conclusions as this old sod. Something very uncouth happened here, and the american army at Menwith Hill has done their very best to make sure that no one ever finds out.

You are a fucking hypocrite. You say that you want to remove names but just before this statement you mention numerous names. Some of the people I never liked but some of them were my friends. Further, some of these people are trying to pursue careers in the intel world, but by putting their names out there you are possibly ruining their careers. Being anonymous is a big thing in the intel world, but you have no regard for the lives you may be ruining. You are just as bad as the people you are writing about. Plus half of what you are writing is just plain libel.
You want to bash the army and the Menwith leadership but you are talking about isolated incidents with disgruntled and possibly mentally ill people. Personally I had a good run at the Hill. I had a great squad and a great team. Sure I had my problems with senior leadership, but I worked through them and compromised. I also found some particularly good NCO's and Officers that I respected and looked up to. There were a lot of good people at the hill and I think your isolated incidents over exaggerate the situation, and make all the good people there look bad. I take this very personally as I was an NCO out there. I had a squad and my squad members had the utmost respect for me. Not because I bullied them or ganged up on them, but because I practiced the solid leadership traits that the Army taught me. Further, I protected my guys from the BS that would come down, because I would not just stand idol. I acted like an NCO and fought when I thought there was a problem, and the very senior leadership that you are slandering would work with me.
Now the Army isn't for everyone, but I don't think the opinions of a few disgruntled individuals that just couldn't hack it is the right source to get your information. But hey what do you care, you are just some lazy ass stuck up Brit who is fucking bitching because you didn't get paid enough. Well don't blame me because your ancestors didn't have the balls to come over on the boat for a better life. If you want to do the right thing you will remove this site and start a blog with no names or locations, but I suspect you won't do this because you have no regard or respect for the damage you are causing.
Oh and for the record I am writing this in first person and 100% of what I am saying is true. Plus my name has never been mentioned in this blog. Also I have not been directly involved in any incident mentioned in this blog. The point I am making is that this comment is not in retaliation for anything personally said about me. I am just a concerned Soldier.
I think the above comment illustrates my point...this is exactly the type of bully oriented leadership soldiers have had to deal with at Menwith Hill.
Notice the self-gratifying references..."I did this, I was a good NCO, I worked with the command, I had a great run" and so on.
Notice the accusations against the soldiers who speak out against the senior command..."you are talking about isolated incidents with disgruntled and possibly mentally ill people" and "I don't think the opinions of a few disgruntled individuals that just couldn't hack it is the right source to get your information."
I've also always loved how the Soldier's at Menwith try to pick up on the birds by saying stuff like "Being anonymous is a big thing in the intel world", like you are bloody super spies or something.
When the reality is that most of these guys work your typical everyday jobs punching numbers in front of computers and have no idea what they are even talking about when it comes to the intelligence world.
They are the low men on the totem pole, with big egos because they hold security clearances, and they pretend they have to maintain a low profile and that their lives are in danger because it makes them sound that much sexier to the lasses at "Time" in town.
As if I am threatening them somehow by putting their names in some silly little blog.
You'll find a whole lot more about these people on google then you would ever find here.
But, if you want to have real fun with some of the "super duper spies" from Menwith Hill, try googling a former airman from the area by the name of James Gardner.
"Well don't blame me because your ancestors didn't have the balls to come over on the boat for a better life."
- This is the beauty of american logic. So brazen about their racism and hatred towards anything outside of their own little world.
So by defending my beliefs in the same manner you write your blogs, I am lumped into the bully leadership you are writing about. Isn't that a bit of the pot calling the kettle black. Plus since you are so familiar with the hill you should be able to figure out who I am by the name. I challenge you to find a source that says I was a bad NCO or was involved in questionable situations. I am not defending the situations that you are talking about, all I am saying is that by putting someone's name out there is wrong. Further you admit that you are not 100% sure on the facts. Well putting out information that defaces an individual with the knowledge that some of it is or may be false is libel last I checked. That is how you are just as bad as the people you write about. And for all those out there I have seen many errors of fact in the various blogs posted. Most of this comes from the gosip tree not the people actually involved. Remember that game telephone when you were a kid. That is all this blog is.
Wow, not only do you dime people out on a site with no regard for their safety or future, but you openly admit that you were lying about being in the U.S. military to begin with. That explains the complete lack of knowledge on the events you've discussed...all of which you've misconstrued, misrepresented or blatantly lied about. And why do you do this? Because you're a loser who blames his problems with his parents for every bad action he brings upon himself. Why should anyone take you seriously after a revelation like that? That's why you were underpaid in a job you apparently found miserable...because you were too much of an irresponsible coward to work to change things while you were at the Hill, either for the soldiers you falsely claim to care about or for yourself, and your bosses were smart enough to realize this. If you weren't you wouldn't have started your blog by assuming someone else's identity.
If you weren't actually trying to put people at risk, you'd merely be pathetic and laughable. As it is though, you're just a miserable lying piece of shit who lives down to every criticism that Apollo leveled at you. But thanks for at least having the courtesy to post your real name...I'm sure the British government will be dealing with you soon enough. They generally don't appreciate traitorous cowards either.
